today,a buyer complain with us and his shearing machine is broken.his engineer advised to use 400 VA transformer.after talking with our engineer,we think that the transformer is not the reason of his machine damage.we can not change the idea of buyer,we will still post a 400 VA transformer to him, but if they continue wrong operation,these parts would break again.this concern is suitable for press brake machine too.
