1,the sheet metal is too hard. the spec of hydraulic shearing machine is based on Q235 mild steel. if you shear much more hard steel, the blade must break, for example, you cut stainless steel.

2,there are small salamander on the metal.you must get rid of them before cutting.

3,gap of shearing machine blade is not suitable.upper blade touched bottom blade.

4,Rush to enter metal into throat of machine.

5,check the material of your blade, we generally advise you to use 6CrW2Si blade. the blade is not too expensive. you should change new one.

6,quenching of blade is unqualified,of course, you have no way to remedy.
