today,we come across a trouble,one Holland buyer asks us to quote local transporting charges to a small town ,after working with our shipping agent,he told us that it needs Euro.this take up 30% of our price.here,we would like to say that we are not familiar with any matter in buyer`s place, the reason is very simple ,we are in China.we should be responsible for shipping to port only.the buyer is in the local and he know the language.we think the buyer is better to handle this matter.if the shearing machine does not know this,he should rent a company to do this.
